We source our premium coffee from Chinchiná, Caldas, Colombia, a region renowned for its ideal coffee-growing conditions. The rich soil and perfect climate of Chinchiná produce beans with unique and exquisite flavors, ensuring that every cup of Marcelino Coffee is an extraordinary experience.

Coffee Origin, Quality, and Sustainability

Marcelino’s Coffee is grown in the heart of Risaralda, Colombia, on our family farm, El Paraíso, located at an altitude of 1,500–1,800 meters above sea level. This region offers the perfect tropical climate, with just the right amount of rainfall and ideal temperatures to cultivate high-quality coffee beans. Our coffee varieties, including Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia, are hand-picked at peak ripeness to ensure superior flavor and quality. Each bean undergoes a meticulous process of full washing and sun-drying, preserving its natural characteristics. Flavor Profile and Sustainability Our coffee stands out for its vibrant flavors and inviting aromas. With primary notes of caramel, vanilla, and chocolate, complemented by hints of cinnamon, orange, almond, and hazelnut, it delivers a balanced cup with medium to full body and bright acidity. We take pride in our sustainable practices, using eco-friendly farming methods, conserving water during processing, and packaging our coffee in 100% biodegradable materials. Every step of the process reflects our commitment to protecting the environment and supporting local biodiversity.
